All digital products, including e-books, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, once a purchase is completed and the download link is provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please ensure you review the product description carefully before purchasing.

Refunds for physical products are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date, ONLY if the product is defective or not functioning properly. The product must be returned in its original packaging. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. The returned product will be inspected before any refund is processed.
